WELCOME TO SOCCER STARS ACADEMY SUMMER CAMPS!
During the summer months, SSA is proud to run summer camps directed by Coach Jamie Thomas himself. Each SSA Summer Camp runs for a full week, Monday - Friday, from 9AM - 3PM each day. All of our camps are held INDOORS in the air-conditioned soccer facility at either:
SoFive Columbia (7125 Columbia Gateway Dr Suite #105, Columbia, MD 21046)
SoFive Rockville (1008 Westmore Avenue, Rockville, MD 20850)
SSA camps are for boys and girls aged 6-14 and are open to all skill leveled players. At camp, players will be divided into groups based on both age and skill level. Each group will have a coach who has experience playing soccer professionally and experience with coaching kids. Each group will also have an assistant coach to help facilitate drills and maintain structure during sessions.
Each day there will be a soccer specific aspect of the game that will be the focus for training in the morning. The general structure of each day is as follows:
- The morning session will run for 2 - 2.5 hours, including warmup and water breaks. This period of the day focuses on speed and agility exercises, technique work with the ball, and competitive games.
- The morning session is followed by Lunch which is provided. Lunch includes pizza and fruit snacks. Players can bring their own lunch if desired. Players will have the option to watch a movie during the lunchtime break as well.
- After lunch, players will be mixed based on age group for league and tournament style games for the remaining two hours of the day.

- Week 1: June 23 - 27 (Columbia)
- Week 2: July 14 - 18 (Columbia)
- Week 3: July 21 - 25 (Columbia)
- Week 4: July 28 - August 1 (Columbia)
- Week 5: August 11 - August 15 (Rockville)
Cost: $300 (Includes Camp T-Shirt)
Note: Before/After Care is also available! Before care starts at 8:30AM each camp day and is free for all camp goers. Aftercare starts when camp is over (3:00PM) and is $5 for each camp day that you need. If you would aftercare included in your registration, please mark it when filling out your registration!
